We’re delighted to say our daughter Lucy is expecting her first baby in Noveber. Needless to say Chris and I are really excited about the birth. . . . but of course the actual birth is only the start of this child’s life – they will have the rest of their lives to grow up. As Christians, our “birth into the faith” is just the start of a bigger adventure and we have all sorts of things to discover and learn and become over our lives in God. One aspect of our growth is that it is through “the living and enduring word of God” – that’s the Bible and all the things the Bible points us to. I wonder . . . can that be an area of growth for you? Getting to know God’s word and then follow it all the more faithfully?
