Excuses, excuses! I guess at times we all make them and at times we all receive them. It’s a very human thing to do. This morning we’re thinking about a man who made all sorts of excuses to God including my favourite “Lord, please send someone else”!

This was Moses and we learn, despite his misgivings, he trusted God. Today we think about God’s call on our lives – and that we can trust him even when we’re not completely sure and can find a thousand excuses for why we shouldn’t do the very thing he calls us to.
