If this is your first time here, welcome! We hope you’ll find what your looking for on our website. But we’d really love it if you came to meet us!
We know going somewhere for the first time can be rather daunting and you might not know what to expect. To help you, we’ve included some FAQs below and you can always use our contact form to get in touch.
How long is a service?
Our main 10.30am service is usually around 1 hour 20 mins and our 6pm services, which we hold once per month, are about 1 hour. When we all gather together on the first Sunday, we aim for under an hour.
How do I get into the building?
Our main church door is the glass entrance to the side of the building, where we have ramp access.
Are there groups for children and young people?
We start the service by all being together for worship. Usually then there are teaching groups for the children except for the first Sunday of the month when we worship together for the whole service. ! For those with young children, there is a ‘family area’ at the front of church. Being near the front means that the children can see what’s going on and there are tables, activities and interactive ways of engaging with all parts of the service. Check out the pages on the Family, Youth and Children’s menu for groups and activities during the week.
What if my baby cries during the service?
Please don’t worry about this! We love being a church where everyone’s welcome, many of us have been there ourselves with young families and it’s totally fine to move around. You will be in good company in the ‘family area’ at the front of church and there is a soft seating area nearer the back for anyone to use.
What should I wear?
There’s no need to dress up, just come in whatever you’re comfortable in!
Are there toilets?
Yes, including disabled facilities and baby changing.
Is there a hearing loop?
Yes, we recommend you sit in the central area of the church.
