We are to do our work for our boss, whether they are good or bad, as if we are working for Jesus who is not only our shepherd but also our foreman. If we suffer unjustly then we are not to retaliate but rather show grace to others. He challenges us to follow the example of Jesus who suffered graciously for us so that our behaviour will be part of our witness to others.
