Timothy was a church leader at a young age. He was Paul’s protégé and, on a number of occasions, was Paul’s special representative. Timothy had a timid nature but, as far as Paul was concerned, Timothy had proven himself as a very powerful ambassador for Jesus.

Timothy shows us that:

– God uses young people and gives them responsibility.

– God uses shy and timid people, equipping them for courageous roles.

– God uses parents and grandparents for a very important teaching and nurturing role.
