1 Peter 2 v 11-17 Peter, our letter writer, calls the Christians 'exiles' or 'foreigners'. He means that they are different because they have asked Jesus to be in charge of their lives. They march to a different beat and the quality of their lives should stand out. We are similar - we march to a different beat to the world round us. Our world does not finish when we die; the friendship and partnership with Jesus that we enjoy here moves with us to our life beyond the grave.
