On a beach, after a night’s fishing, Jesus, the Good Shepherd, tells Peter to take care of his sheep. Peter goes on to become one of the main leaders in the Jerusalem church and years later he writes to other church leaders passing on Jesus’ message to them: “Be shepherds of God’s flock that is under your care.”So what kind of leaders does this mean they should be, and how can those of us in positions of responsibility at school, college, work or in committees follow Jesus’ example of leadership?
